All services are subject to availability and the specific terms of the contract between D.R Company Ltd and the client.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed terms in their contract with D.R Company Ltd. We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile money, and other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may incur additional fees. All costs and payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to the construction site, and any necessary permits or approvals. D.R Company Ltd will not be held liable for delays caused by missing client-provided documents or access issues.

5. Project Timelines

D.R Company Ltd will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timelines. However, delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, or other unforeseen events may result in schedule adjustments. We will notify clients of any changes to project timelines as soon as possible.

6. Warranties and Liability

D.R Company Ltd guarantees the quality of our construction work. If defects are found due to our workmanship within the warranty period stated in the contract, we will repair them at no additional cost. D.R Company Ltd is not liable for defects caused by external factors or client-provided materials.

7. Health and Safety

D.R Company Ltd adheres to strict safety protocols on all construction sites. We comply with local laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the site is free from hazards and that all necessary safety measures are in place.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation created by D.R Company Ltd are the property of the company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them solely for the purpose of the specific project.

9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected from clients will be used solely for the purposes of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches any significant terms of the contract. Termination must be in writing. In case of termination, the client will be required to pay for all services provided up to the date of termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the service contract, the parties agree to resolve the issue amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with Rwandan law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any legal action arising from the use of D.R Company Ltd's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Rwandan courts.

13. Changes to Terms

D.R Company Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
